Options for printed tickets, ticketless entry and e-tickets:

  • A ticket printer can be linked to the Point of Sale to support on-the-door sales and ticket collections.
  • Scan a user's university card to see their tickets, guest list status and eligibility to purchase specific tickets.
  • Deliver tickets by email to your customers - multiple tickets can be sent as PDF attachments.

Link a single ticket to multiple events - such as Freshers' wristbands and season passes - to give a user access to any number of events with a single swipe of their card.

Search for individuals to populate guest ticket IDs for security, build data for demographics reporting and comply with any local authority licence regulations.

Any type of group - staff, social secretaries, committee members - can be linked to an event so that they benefit from a VIP, timed or unlimited free entry.

Capture meal choices and seating preferences for balls and dinners.

Any event can have a seating plan which allows event attendees to register themselves as a group to be seated together. A list of table groups is created based on the number of tables and seats per table.

Capacity monitoring can automatically calculate your PPL Licence Fees.

A standard report calculates event average attendance to assist venue managers with compiling and generating PPL calculations - saving time and ensuring accuracy.
