We're really excited to be heading to Canada to join with colleagues from the vibrant community of student unions, associations and councils at their AMICCUS-C National Professional Conference.
Over 60 students' unions and associations from across Canada will come together at Whistler, hosted by the team at Capilano Students' Union, from 29th May to 1st June to share knowledge, ideas and success stories.
MSL's Gary Bryant (Chief Executive) and Martin Nguyen (Business Development Manager) will be on hand for the entire conference to chat about student engagement successes, challenges and new ways of creating the best student experience.
Gary will run an education session as part of the Student Life & Services stream - if you are at conference, please join him on Tuesday 30th May at 1.30pm when he will look at ways to "Re-energise your student groups to create thriving communities; leverage a digital approach to supercharge participation". You are sure to come away with lots of ideas and inspiration to help you and every one of your students connect and discover a positive, inclusive and fun environment that underpins their journey through education.
If you're attending, come and say hi to Gary and Martin; they are at the conference every day and will be found in the Biz Hall on Tuesday - they might even buy you a coffee!
