Following our recent roadmap review, and informed by the really valuable feedback we receive from you our clients, we are pleased to announce that we have embarked on a modernisation programme of The MSL System. PayPal - new payment gateway for your online sales

PayPal logoMSL is pleased to announce a new partnership with PayPal – we’re working on integration to offer an additional payment gateway with your MSL system. Using PayPal opens up more opportunities for you to do business with your international students who may not have UK payment cards, which is why we're making PayPal available during the summer. We've had a short break from our web briefings but will be starting again in June with a mini-series dedicated to preparing for Freshers. These sessions will be a little different from previous ones as we'll be opening up the floor for you to share ideas and ask questions of your peers. Goodenough College chooses MSL to support its student members

Goodenough College has recently selected MSL to implement their membership management solution - along with online elections, volunteering and a mobile app - which will support their member engagement and participation objectives over the next 3 years. Read the news in full.
 

Sheffield Hallam SU's officer and staff training resource

Sheffield Hall Students' Union logoSheffield Hallam Students’ Union have created an online induction process that is engaging, accessible and creates a good first impression with new starters. They have achieved this using MSL's advanced survey functionality and now have a programme that includes video, links to document, a graphical progress progress bar and notifications for line managers. Read more about how this was achieved.

Fidelity Systems integration with MSL

MSL is collaborating with Fidelity Systems on a range of integration capabilities to share data between their PoS and loyalty systems and the MSL System. The first of these is now ready for field trial and MSL is keen to find a client to volunteer to co-operate in testing it with us. This integration synchronises stock data for products which are sold through both Fidelity and MSL, thus providing an improved service for your customers and making it more efficient by enabling you to know accurately what stock you have and where it is. If you are willing to test this out with us, please contact us

Chester Students’ Union works with MSL on new membership management system

6th April 2018 - Chester Students’ Union has implemented the MSL System which provides its website, online elections facility, advice and advocacy management system. The new membership management system supports over 17,000 students on the university’s Warrington and Chester campuses with digital engagement, clubs and societies tools, messaging, community and feedback resources.
