Goodenough College chooses MSL’s digital membership management solution

4th April 2016 - Goodenough College has recently selected Membership Solutions Ltd to implement their membership management solution - along with online elections, volunteering and a mobile app - which will support their member engagement and participation objectives over the next 3 years.

Membership Solutions Ltd (MSL) is delighted to be working with Goodenough College on the provision of a complete digital membership management system.  The MSL System will provide the College with all the engagement, feedback and reporting tools required to ensure its members make the most of their time spent at the College.

Goodenough College entrance gatesGoodenough College is a postgraduate residence and educational trust in Central London providing a home and community for over 700 members and their families from more than 80 countries.  The College’s community aims to enable members to expand their horizons academically, socially and culturally.

The MSL System will provide functionality for the College website, content management, their own mobile app, events and ticketing, targeted member messaging via email and text, clubs and societies tools, surveys and polls. In addition, the College will make use of MSL Elections and MSL Volunteering modules to further enhance opportunities for members to participate in college and community life.

April 2021 - UCLan Students’ Union has always tried to offer lots of different ways to engage with their students as a union providing services and support to members on separate campuses in Preston and Burnley in Lancashire. Whilst digital engagement has been an integral part of the overall communications strategy, it wasn’t until the Union embarked upon user experience research in 2020 that they understood exactly what their students were looking for from the union’s website.

March 2021 - The Australian National University Students’ Association first chose the MSL System to underpin its burgeoning digital engagement requirements. The digital transformation had started back in 2016 when MSL Elections was used to run online voting for the first time - a move which resulted in the highest number of votes placed and posts filled for five years. Encouraged by their members’ enthusiasm for participating online, the decision was made to implement the core MSL System.
