13th April 2018 - Aston University has chosen to update their advice services software with Student Case Manager from Membership Solutions Ltd. The new solution will be implemented within The Hub advice service, Counselling Service and Critical Incidents team, providing options for support to 16,000+ students.
Membership Solutions Ltd (MSL) is delighted to announce that Aston University has chosen to work with MSL on three installations of the Student Case Manager system to support the University’s Student Services Teams following their search for a GDPR-ready solution ahead of May 2018’s regulation changes.
Student Case Manager is developed by Iizuka and configured and managed by MSL specifically for the student advice and advocacy sector, so the move to the new system maintains continuity for advice service staff whilst bringing all the advantages of sector-specific features and functionality.
We are happy to be working with MSL to implement an effective Case Manager system across Student and Academic services. MSL have been very supportive throughout this period of transition and implementation.
Benedict van der Linde, Advice Zone Manager at Aston University
We are delighted to be working with Aston University, having supported their Students’ Union for over four years with extensive digital membership management facilities. The implementation of three instances of Student Case Manager demonstrates the University’s confidence in the system’s ability to streamline their advice teams’ workload and to offer the best support to their students. The system has been designed with student advice centres at the heart of its capabilities and we look forward to seeing the positive impact it has on student wellbeing and retention.
