3rd December 2016 - Membership Solutions Ltd (MSL) is delighted to announce that it is strengthening its relationship with Ravensbourne Students’ Union (RSU) following their decision to use MSL’s complete membership management system.  This move will build on their current MSL elections facility which they adopted in 2012. RSU and its members will benefit from a new website, ecommerce and point of sale facilities, clubs and societies tools, blogs, polls and surveys to support and engage with their student members.

Ravensbourne is an industry-focused university sector college provider of digital media and design courses. Based in central London on the Greenwich Peninsula, it has some 2,400 students all of whom are automatically members of the students’ union. Student members benefit from regular social activities organised by RSU, have the opportunity to get involved in campaigning on and off campus and can join a variety of clubs and societies. The RSU is currently run by five democratically elected officers and one full time member of staff.

Sadi Ambia, RSU Coordinator explained their decision: “We have been looking for a web platform that would entirely reflect everything that we do and allow us to get engaged with our membership easily and efficiently. I believe Membership Solutions Ltd will help us achieve our goals.”

MSL Chief Executive, Colin Watson, commented “We are delighted to have been chosen by RSU to provide their online membership management solution. We look forward to building on our already strong relationship formed following a number of successful elections using MSL’s online facility. We are certain that RSU’s student members will enjoy all the new online facilities they will soon have access to, meaning even more engagement opportunities for the Union.”

Encouraged by their members’ enthusiasm for participating online, the decision was made to implement the core MSL System.
