Image of Gary Bryant, MSL Chief ExecutiveSeptember 2019 - I am delighted to be writing to you as the new Chief Executive of MSL. This is an exciting time for MSL as we build on the innate sector knowledge we have gained from over a decade. I have enjoyed meeting with some of you to discuss the wide-ranging challenges and opportunities you face and discussing how MSL is enabling you to deliver key services to your students and wider stakeholder community both today and into the future. I look forward to meeting and working with many more of you in the future; please feel free to reach out to me at any time.

To help you and your team with all the tasks on the run up to and during Freshers, we have a great series of Freshers' prep videos on Knowledge Base - use them as a reminder or as part of new starter training. Watch the videos here.

An important topic that comes up regularly at this time of year is managing the merge of new student accounts with their guest accounts. This Pending Data has its own section on the Knowledge Base which includes examples and different actions you can take to resolve these records. Read the support page here
