This is an exciting time for MSL as we build on the innate sector knowledge we have gained from over a decade. I have enjoyed meeting with some of you to discuss the wide-ranging challenges and opportunities you face and discussing how MSL is enabling you to deliver key services to your students and wider stakeholder community both today and into the future. Harper Adams SU logoWith a new Chief Executive at the helm, Harper Adams Students’ Union is set to reinvent itself by taking advantage of the MSL System to broaden its service provision, digitise its manual processes and develop staff resources to keep pace with the changing demands of members. To help you and your team with all the tasks on the run up to and during Freshers, we have a great series of Freshers' prep videos on Knowledge Base - use them as a reminder or as part of new starter training. Watch the videos here.

An important topic that comes up regularly at this time of year is managing the merge of new student accounts with their guest accounts. October 2020 - Cambridge Students’ Union has implemented the core MSL System together with online Elections and Referenda and Student Group Finances to provide a range of digital engagement services to members. The newly merged under- and post-graduate organisations will offer access to clubs and societies resources, ticketing, feedback and online community tools and online voting through its new website
