As part our modernisaton programme, we have made a number of improvements and updates to your MSL Venues and Door Entry system. A summary has been provided below and more information can be found on the Knowledge Base. We recommend that you and your venues team review these changes prior to using the updated application for a live event.

General

- More reliable search function

- 'Admit All' button no longer exists

- The prompts to 'scan other cards' when redeeming tickets have been removed

- Unexpected automatic resets no longer occur unless after a timeout

- Improved external ticket data handling

- 'Tickets' status screen shows entry groups, and the latest entrance times, where configured, for both tickets and groups

Entry Options screen

- Each entry option (ticket/group membership) is displayed individually

- Five different types of ticket/entry group can now be handled

- Entry option buttons show the ticket type, number, code and transaction ID, and the ticket holder name where present

- If 'Requires ID' is set on the event options, it is prompted for every time 

- Where 'Require ID' is set, a ticket can be assigned to a registered individual 

Sell Tickets screen

- Appearance has been aligned with the Entry Options screen

- Available ticket products are refreshed each time a new transaction is started

- 'Latest entrance' time, where set, is shown on each ticket button

- Completing a transaction no longer processes the first ticket
