Release Notes - MembershipSystem: 6.6.429

The main focus of this release was to prepeare the system for allowing organisations (clubs, societies etc) to add events on to the system without breaking the current entertainments events model.

13305: Organisation Transaction Charges report - remove 'totals for VAT adjustment' section

This section is no longer required, as VAT is now handled properly by the system.

13413: Delete organisation images

Deleting an image uploaded to e.g. a noticeboard now works as expected.

13388: Editing archived news

Navigatin to archived news articles now works as expected.
