The University of Dundee and Dundee University Students’ Association (DUSA) have selected Membership Solutions Ltd’s online elections system to support their staff and Students’ Association elections.  The new digital solution ensures all staff and students at the university can stay informed about and take part in key elections.

The University and DUSA worked closely together on defining their requirements of the new online elections system and now benefit from an inclusive digital system on which to run elections for the Staff Council, Court and Senate, DUSA Executive and the Student Representative Council.

We were looking for a digital system to make taking part in our elections easier and more straightforward for our staff and students. Elections to staff and student bodies are a vital part of our governance and the system provided by MSL makes the process simpler for everyone.

Neale Laker, Director of Academic and Corporate Governance, University of Dundee

Dundee University Students’ Association is delighted with the MSL voting platform and the success of our elections. The MSL voting system provides functionality, engagement and reporting capabilities which contributed to one of the highest voter turnouts in years! As we continue to work to increase student engagement with representation – we are confident that MSL will support us to reach more students on and off of campus enhancing our democracy for years to come.

Ana Ranceva, Vice President of Communications and Campaigns, Dundee University Students’ Association

We are very pleased to be working with both the University and the Students’ Association at Dundee. Following extensive discussions to ensure the MSL Elections system meets their requirements we are delighted that the first DUSA election has been a great success. Our team works hard to develop digital solutions that support our clients’ engagement objectives and MSL Elections continues to prove to be pivotal in increasing awareness and encouraging participation amongst even the hardest to reach students.

Colin Watson, Chief Executive of Membership Solutions Ltd
