Here's a few things we've been working on...these updates are imminent.

Here are some highlights:
Price Adjustment at Point of Sale / Cash Postings
A button for changing the price of a Product/Membership Product/Ticket at the point of sale on the MSL Till Software. Handy for those one off discounts or Cash Postings for regular payments of arbitary values. This is enabled on the Tills individually on the POS Admin set up area found on the Home page of the Admin Website (bluescreens). Please contact us if you would like assistance setting this up for your MSL Till system.
Checkout pages on the website updated
When a delivery option is chosen, the delivery address must be entered before the options available appear. The Billing and Delivery address can be updated separately and saved for future purchases. (See also the new Sage Pay options for saved card details later in this newsletter)
Hide posts "not eligible for" within an Election
Option to hide the posts that a user is not eligible to stand/vote for, for example course rep elections. This is very useful if you have multiple posts with multiple requirements within an Election. It is friendlier and easier to navigate for the user.
IP Address switch
You may recall earlier on in the year we migrated your sites to new servers with dedicated firewalls. The transition is now complete and we will contact your Union individually to supply you with the new IP address and information on how you can make this switch. We would like to complete this by the end of this term, your assistance is appreciated.

Sage Pay Tokens
We now support Sage Pay's token system, which enables secure storage of card details at Sage Pay. If the customer opts to store their details, on subsequent transactions they won't need to re-enter their card number, expiry date etc - just their 3 digit security code (and 3DSecure info where enabled). Contact us for more details.
We would like to welcome Kaylee Cox to the MSL Team as Customer Care and Sales Coordinator. Kaylee is already a valuable member of the Support Team having started back in July when we welcomed many of our new clients getting ready for the new academic year.
We would also like to thank Indy Sanghera for his work on the Support Team over the summer and wish him all the best going back to his term-time job at Warwick SU!
Just a reminder to please always email in to our support address (email@example.com) even if you're planning to give us a call - it really helps us to have as much information as possible, such as screenshots and details of what steps you have taken so far. Also, we track all emails and keep records of correspondence, so a phonecall will usually lead to a case being generated in our system anyway.
