MSL Statement - Coronavirus (COVID 19)

In light of the developing health crisis, we would like to share some important information with you. 

Our focus remains on “business as usual” and providing an uninterrupted service to you, our valued customers, whilst remaining diligent and responsive to government recommendations and guidance to protect the health and well-being of the MSL team. 

Over recent years we have planned and invested to ensure that we can provide the high quality of service our customers have come to expect wherever it is delivered from. 

Following recent government guidance, with immediate effect, all MSL employees will be working remotely. 

  • All contact numbers and email addresses remain the same and will be manned and available as normal (Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm); 
  • High levels of service will be maintained, all employees have full, secure access to the systems, data and equipment needed to fulfil their roles; and 
  • There will be no disruptions to service or accessibility to the system or data contained within it. 

Where we have arranged face to face meetings, we will be in touch with you shortly to either re-schedule or to set up a Teams Meeting. 

We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any changes to these arrangements via our website, social media channels and email. 

Lastly, we sincerely wish that the impact on our customers, their families and their extended stakeholders is minimal. If you do have any additional questions please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
