The system

Developed by Membership Solutions Ltd - a University of Warwick Students Union spin-off company- the MSL system provides website, venue management and membership systems for some of the largest SUs in the UK as well as charities, universities and other membership organisations. The MSL system has been designed by a team with over 60 years combined business experience and has been in use for over 8 years.

  • Over 25% of all HE students in the U.K.have access to an MSL system
  • In their first academic term of using it, Loughborough SU sold over £1M of tickets, products and memberships through their MSL system
  • Over 40M emails have been sent through the MSL system
  • Staffordshire SU processed 79 separate elections through their MSL system in one year
  • Warwick SU sold £330,000 of events tickets in the Autumn Term 2010 - over 80% online
  • Several MSL clients received over 1 million page impressions a month of their website over the last Freshers’ period
  • During the last academic term over 220,000 club and society memberships were sold through the MSL system
