Before we commence implementation, we will agree a project brief and installation timeline with you. Implementation is straightforward and can be completed in a relatively short period of time.

Design

Design of your site can either be done by your team, our web designers or a combination depending on the skills you have within your organisation. As part of the implementation process we provide all necessary user training as well as online manuals.

We understand that you will already have a live site that your students use on a daily basis, so we provide a development site to add content, functions and thoroughly test before you launch your new site.

Micro-sites

Micro-sites

If you need unique or micro-sites for special events, your elections or distinct language variations, we can provide additional URLs to simplify the management of these sites. They are all linked to the same content management system so that content can be shared if needed and administration is kept in one place.

As the MSL team builds and maintains all of our own products, we can respond quickly to requests for customisation and one-off projects.

On-going support

All clients benefit from unlimited email, live chat and telephone support from our expert in-house helpdesk team. We host regular web briefings, user events and training sessions and the MyMSL area provides clients with regular updates on new system developments, features, news and training opportunities to ensure you get the most from your MSL System.

Bespoke training is also offered to clients either at their premises or here at MSL. Topics for bespoke training sessions are selected based on the client’s requirements which may be based on new starters in particular roles, preparation for forthcoming activities (elections, events etc) or refresher training for the whole team.

I attended the webinar on "Idea Lists" a few weeks ago, it was really great. We set up "Change Something" two weeks ago and we've had incredible engagement so far.
