About Membership Solutions
The MSL System® helps students’ organisations provide more engaging and effective services for their members at every point of the student journey. Configured to bespoke requirements, the MSL System is driven by the dynamic student data which lies at its heart.
From attractive and interactive websites, StudentLink® app, unrivalled clubs, societies and group resources, elections and referenda through to ecommerce, student voice tools, events and ticketing, volunteering, door entry and venues and advice/advocacy management – the flexible and modular nature of the MSL System means that students’ organisations of all sizes can benefit from digital engagement tools that meet their changing requirements.
Since 2005, the MSL System has supported students’ and sports unions, associations, guilds and societies in the UK, Ireland and Australia with a personalised online experience for their members. Its on-going design, development, maintenance and helpdesk service is provided solely by the MSL team based on the University of Warwick campus in the UK; as a subsidiary of the Warwick Students' Union group, MSL first developed a membership management system as a solution for Warwick SU to support the needs of its diverse student community. Today, over 50% of all higher education students in the UK have access to information and services made available through the MSL System.
We find the MSL solution to be a feature-rich, dependable platform and we're always discovering new ways to utilise it. Some of its best features include an extensive iteration system, a powerful templating system and of course MSL’s excellent phone and email support
