Our transparent implementation process will keep you fully informed at every stage of the project.
Before we commence the process of implementation, we will agree an outline project brief and installation timeline with you. Implementation is straightforward and can be completed in a relatively short period of time. Design of your site can either be done by you or us or a combination depending on the skill levels within your organisation. As part of the implementation process we provide all necessary face to face user training as well as online manuals.
We regularly run and host MSL User Forums allowing current clients to meet, share opinion and best practice, find out about new system developments and contribute ideas for future developments. We also run yearly training courses to teach your Sabbaticals the system.
