    "The resources that MSL provides me with make it possible to ensure that strategic decisions I make about the feasibility of events are sound. The sheer volume of information I have instant access to means that I have accurate information on who is attending my events, and the demographic make up of my audiences so that I can produce budgets based on fact and prior performance as well as being able to track financial performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

    I have a report delivered to my inbox every morning detailing the number of people who came to my event, what time they came, how long they stayed, what year they are in, where they live and many many other vital pieces of information for analysis. In Entertainments this detail is invaluable as it allows me to structure promotions in such a way that they have a significant impact on all Commercial areas across the Union.

    The promotional opportunities, both strategic and operational which MSL offers mean that we can target appropriate people with appropriate information and has had a direct impact on revenue.

    The cost savings we have made through the use of MSL include complete removal of the requirement for paper tickets to be printed, a reduction of printed media used to promote our events, reduction in staff resources required to run the box office and significant reduction in staff time required to compile financial data for analysis.

    In addition to this a new feature of the system for 2008 has been the introduction of a tool which generates an automated report detailing the information required for PPL and PRS licensing returns in order to achieve significant savings in line with NUSSL guidelines on PPL returns procedures.

    The points above are only a few of a very large number of benefits of the MSL system, and in summary, I could not do my job without this resource."
