I have a report delivered to my inbox every morning detailing the number of people who came to my event, what time they came, how long they stayed, what year they are in, where they live and many many other vital pieces of information for analysis. The cost savings we have made through the use of MSL include complete removal of the requirement for paper tickets to be printed, a reduction of printed media used to promote our events, reduction in staff resources required to run the box office and significant reduction in staff time required to compile financial data for analysis.
In addition to this a new feature of the system for 2008 has been the introduction of a tool which generates an automated report detailing the information required for PPL and PRS licensing returns in order to achieve significant savings in line with NUSSL guidelines on PPL returns procedures.
